Through the words of others like you, Blue Wave aims to show you that you are not alone. Feeling blue is a part of life, and it's okay to feel that way...sometimes.

It’s our goal to bring feelings, thoughts and concerns to the forefront, talk about them, understand them and change the bad ones. Whether you are suffering, or know someone who is, change starts with a conversation.

The Blue Wave Movement is about increasing awareness, encouraging conversation, fostering hope and ending the stigma associated with feeling "blue".
